Education

I graduated from Baylor University in December 2011 earning a BFA in Studio Art with a concentration in Graphic Design. My time at Baylor highlighted both my academic and artistic prowess. I have received high academic scholarships from the University and was placed on Dean's list every semester. I graduated Magna Cum Laude, with a 3.9 GPA.

In the artistic realm, I received bronze, silver, and gold Addy awards as well as the Harold C. Simmons Fine Arts Scholarship. This is the highest honor the art department bestows. The Art department also awarded me the L. James and Alisa Andras Endowed Scholarship.

Work

From May 2010 to December 2011, I was employed with the Baylor Marketing Communications Design Department. This was a great opportunity for me to work on high-profile jobs for the University, as well as gain a significant amount of real world experience.

Diverse Talents

The studio art program at Baylor emphasizes a basis in traditional media. This lead me to develop a variety of skills. I have taken classes in painting, printmaking, photography, fabric design, figure drawing and 3D design as well as the full spectrum of graphic design courses.

Logo Design
I have received Addy Awards for three of my identity marks and consider this to be a great personal strength.
Illustration
One of the things that sets me apart as a designer is my ability to illustrate in a variety of media. This includes but is not limited to, various drawings and painting materials, as well as assorted printmaking techniques.
